License

By purchasing, downloading and using our templates, you must adhere to our licensing.

This Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Spaces Refined, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor," and the individual or entity downloading or using the digital products, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."

1. Grant of Licence

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital interior templates solely for personal use only.

The Licensee may use the templates for personal use but may not repurpose the content or use the templates or workshop content outside of personal use. We monitor for sharing of our digital products without our permission.

2. Restrictions

A. The Licensee shall not share, distribute, or otherwise make the digital products or workshop content available to external parties.

B. The Licensee shall not duplicate or reproduce the digital products or workshop content for purposes other than personal use.

C. The Licensee is strictly prohibited from creating derivative works, which includes re-purposing our digital products elements, textures, workshop content or copy, for the development of competing products or for any other commercial purposes. Any such actions constitute a breach of this license agreement. We actively monitor for such activities and have coded procedures in place to alert us of this. We reserve the right to take legal action, including but not limited to issuing a cease and desist order under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988, to enforce our rights and protect our intellectual property.

3. Images Usage

A. For some products, the Licensor employs basic placeholders in specific frames to facilitate easy customisation. The images used in advertisements and examples are purely for illustrative purposes. The Licensee is encouraged to seamlessly replace these basic placeholders with their own images.

B. For select templates, a combination of basic placeholders and digitally generated imagery and textures may be utilised. The Licensee is strongly advised to replace the digitally generated imagery and textures with their own or restrict their use to internal purposes only. It is forbidden to claim or distribute these digitally generated images as the Licensee's own.

4. Monitoring

The Licensor reserves the right to monitor the use of the digital interior templates to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Any unauthorised use or violation will result in the immediate termination of this licence and could be met with legal action.

5. Ownership

The digital products and workshop material remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon the Licensee's acceptance and shall remain in effect until terminated. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this licence immediately if the Licensee breaches any of the

terms outlined herein. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the digital interior templates, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms.
