I can absolutely suggest ways to improve the flow and layout of your spaces, but any structural changes must be reviewed and signed off by a structural engineer.

Ideally, yes. A simple sketch or estate agent’s floorplan is perfectly usable.

You will receive a summary/transcript of what was discussed + any actions and sketches arising from that to share with your contractor, partner or supplier. This will also help form the basis of any future Studio Sessions on the same topic.
